Warranty Coverage
At Digital Signage OS, we back the quality of our products with a robust, comprehensive warranty.
- For any Annual Plan, our 1GB Raspberry Pi 4 comes with a 1-year warranty.
- Digital Signage Professional Displays come with a 3-year warranty. With an extension option.
- Digital Signage OS stands behind its LED displays with the highest warranty in the industry – a 4-year warranty. With an extension option.
- Self-order kiosks come with a 3-year warranty. With an extension option.
- IoT Chips and Sensors are with a standard … year warranty.
Our warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or typical wear and tear. It also excludes damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
How to Make a Claim
To begin a warranty claim, please complete the support form provided below. Our customer service team will review your submission and guide you through the process, ensuring you receive prompt and necessary support.
Modes of Service
Digital Signage OS may provide repair or replacement through the following service options:
- Online Remote Technical Support: This service addresses technical issues such as signal and power cable connections, system software problems, parameter settings, and replacement of components like modules, power supplies, or system cards.
- Return Material Authorization (RMA) Service: For issues that cannot be resolved through online technical support, Digital Signage OS will confirm with the Buyer whether to provide RMA service.
- On-Site Service: Buyers may submit service requests via the Digital Signage OS website, email, telephone, or other service channels. Please include the product serial number, requested service, site address, and contact information. Digital Signage OS may, at its sole discretion, dispatch an engineer to the Buyer’s location.
Labor expenses for on-site service may be charged by Digital Signage OS, with prices detailed in the Digital Signage OS Service Price Book.
