Digital Signage OS works seamlessly with any screen or LED display. Plus, we support all major professional digital signage screens.

“The important thing for us was that we needed an easy-to-use, robust digital signage solution that we could comfortably manage from our central offices, and of course, one which could fit to our low advertising budget. The screens help us try to cross-sell and up-sell products. Most customers come into the store to pick up their order, so they have already ordered their main course. We try to up-sell side dishes and drinks, etc. As well as this, the screens also provide customers with something to look at while their order is packaged."
“We were missing a global strategy and a global standard for all our properties. We operate so many hotels and different destinations. And we need to have the same content in our guest-facing facilities everywhere around the world. For us, the top feature is having global control of all of our screens worldwide. So we can see what is actually being played in Vietnam and at the same time in the Dominican Republic. We can change the content from anywhere in the world at any time of the day. We do not need to ask somebody to change the content on our behalf. It takes just a few clicks, and 2 minutes later, the content is updated. That, for us, is the biggest strength and functionality.”
"The platform excels in ease of use, affordability, and remote management. Its intuitive drag-and-drop interface makes content creation simple, while cloud-based control allows updates from anywhere. Its Raspberry Pi compatibility keeps costs low, making it ideal for businesses on a budget. Content scheduling and playlist management are seamless, offering full control over displays. Plus, the free templates and stock images speed up content creation. Customer support is responsive and helpful, ensuring smooth operation. Overall, it is an affordable, user-friendly, and feature-rich digital signage solution."
"We use this daily within our retail store and having full customisation over what is displayed to our customers has been a godsend. It's super easy to set up and change what media is being shown to customers. We installed the simple app on an Amazon Firestick, and it runs very nicely in the background. We had a few questions initially, which the customer service team was more than happy to help with and guide us through the easy integration."
"Very easy, straightforward, and intuitive design and layout. Quick and easy setup of players, and it only takes a few minutes to get going from starting out. Customer support is good, with decent feedback in short time frames."

What is the Digital Signage OS Player?
Our Digital Signage OS Player is a pre-built, plug-and-play device based on Raspberry Pi 4. It includes the Pi, power supply, HDMI cable, and SD card with our software preloaded. Just connect it to your screen and network—it starts playing content instantly.
The Player is included FREE with an Annual Plan.
Do I need technical skills to install and use Digital Signage OS?
Not at all. Digital Signage OS is designed for simplicity. Our platform is user-friendly, and our Players are true plug-and-play devices—especially when included free with an Annual Plan.
What content can I show on my screens with Digital Signage OS?
Digital Signage OS lets you display videos, images, documents, web pages, and apps.
You can combine them into playlists or layouts. Upload your own media, or stream YouTube, live video (YouTube, Ustream, custom), and even PowerPoint files with animations. Supported document types include PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You also get apps like scrolling tickers, rich text, RSS feeds, and more.
What TVs or monitors can I use?
Digital Signage OS supports any TV or monitor, at any resolution.
Full HD (1080p) is standard, with 4K supported on Raspberry Pi 4. Layouts adapt to different screen sizes, aspect ratios, and orientations—landscape or portrait.
You can integrate our CMS with any of the professional digital signage displays.
Does Digital Signage OS ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders are fulfilled from our US or EU warehouses to ensure fast delivery.
Do I need a Digital Signage OS Player to use the service?
No, but it’s the easiest route. You can build your own Raspberry Pi setup, but our preconfigured Player is often cheaper and hassle-free—especially since it’s free with an Annual Plan.
Can I schedule content?
Yes. You can assign a schedule to display different playlists or layouts at specific times. Set content by hour, day, or power off screens to save energy.
